POWDER COATING AND WET PAINTING
For many years, we have been powder coating and using wet painting technology for both our own production and for external customers. We have two powder lines, one automatic and one manual, as well as a wet painting booth.
Thanks to extensive cooperation with all paint system suppliers, we use the entire RAL palette as well as special colors upon the customer’s individual request. In combination with cataphoretic painting coating, the final system is characterized by high anti-corrosion resistance.
WET PAINTING
A technology widely used in the railway industry. We paint in single and double-layer systems. Our capabilities in this technology include parts with dimensions of 3.0 x 1.6 x 1.6 meters, weighing up to 800 kg.
POWDER COATING
We have two lines, automatic and manual. The manual line is suitable for large dimensions up to 6m x 2.3m x 2.1m and weight up to 1500 kg. The automatic line is equipped with a paint recovery system, with dimensions of 2.7m x 1.2m x 0.90 m and weight up to 400 kg. We offer a wide range of RAL colors.
SPECIAL PROCESSES
Additional pretreatment processes include:
- shot blasting
- pickling and iron phosphating
- iron phosphating
- zinc phosphating
TESTING
We carry out the following tests:
- measurement of paint coating thickness
- measurement of paint coating gloss
- adhesion test using cross-cut method
- corrosion resistance test in a salt chamber according to ISO 9227. We also cooperate with certified laboratories for the automotive industry.
